To this end, we reorganized our Overseas Division and Chemical Products Division in November 2007 to create the Fine Materials Division. More recently, the Fine Materials Division began a new phase in November 2011 with the reorganization of the Advanced Electronics Division. Marshaling expertise and knowledge accumulated over many years across divisional boundaries, the members of the new division represent a formidable global network. The resulting synergy will enable the Fine Materials Division to develop and expand sales of innovative, high-added-value products, focusing on chemical operations on consignment.
