The Agricultural Division is organized into four units, each of which specializes in one of our main product categories: agricultural chemicals, production materials, fertilizers, and fine. This division has provided a large number of solutions that help make agriculture more efficient. Japanese agriculture currently faces a number of serious issues, with the average age of farmers rising and a rapid increase of imports of agricultural products. Key goals that must be met to take on this challenge include making Japanese agriculture more labor efficient, developing agricultural products that provide high added value, and making farming safer and less damaging to the environment.
